The Shared Risk: By joining our Guild membership, you are choosing to share in the bounty and the risks of the local growing season. While we use our best expertise to ensure a vibrant harvest, nature can be unpredictable.
Availability: Factors such as weather, pests, or unforeseen environmental conditions may impact the timing or variety of flowers available. We cannot guarantee specific bloom dates or specific flower varieties for any given week.
Substitutions: In the event of a crop failure or delay, we reserve the right to adjust the delivery schedule or provide a substitute of equal value to ensure you still receive a beautiful arrangement.
Refund Policy: Because funds are used upfront for seeds, soil, and supplies, we generally do not offer refunds for delayed or slightly altered harvests. However, we are committed to open communication and will notify all members immediately if any major shifts to the season occur.
